We meet here tonight, emerging from a national nightmare. Armed masked men roamed our nation’s streets, kidnapping and terrorizing innocent people. Was this a vicious drug cartel gang? Was it a foreign invading army? No. These were representatives of our own government. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, commonly known as ICE.
This administration’s position is that the best way to prevent such a reign of terror from happening again is to deliver swift justice to all responsible. To this end I have drafted an Executive Order with the following provisions:
- Top ICE leaders are to be arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping and domestic terrorism.
- Secondary ICE leaders are to be investigated for their roles in ICE crimes.
- ICE as an organization is abolished. All ICE employees are fired.
- Former ICE employees are banned from employment in law enforcement, the US military, the federal government, and private security firms.
- All former ICE employees known to have participated in armed masked raids are to be investigated for crimes.
- All law enforcement known to have assisted ICE in armed masked raids are to be suspended until their actions are investigated for crimes.
- Former law enforcement shown to have participated in criminal ICE raids are banned from employment in law enforcement, the US military, the federal government, and private security firms.
- All military personnel known to have assisted ICE in armed masked raids are to be investigated for crimes, facing possible demotion, discharge, and/or imprisonment.
The nation’s road to recovery will be difficult but with your help we will become the strong and honorable nation our founders envisioned.
